Turn-Key Framing
With over 18 years of turn-key framing, we have been there and done that. Our turn-key framing division specializes in commercial framing with completed projects throughout the entire state of South Carolina and into Georgia and North Carolina. Our commercial experience ranges from numerous Banks, Office Buildings, Churches, Hotels, Assisted Living Facilities, and Townhomes. We also provide our services for high end custom homes for select customers.

Since our contracts are Turn-Key, our price is guaranteed. No risk for material waste or overruns.
Management
All of our projects are managed by onsite, highly experienced professionals. All Field Managers have a minimum of 5 years experience and are all OSHA certified.
Plan Review with Value Engineering
We thoroughly review all plans for any possible errors or concerns. In addition, due to our vast knowledge in wood construction, we are often able to make value engineering suggestions which we discuss with both the contractor and project Engineer. We also have our own licensed engineers on staff.
Aggressive Purchasing
Due to our volume, we are able to purchase much of our lumber directly from the mills which provides us with a superior cost advantage. Additionally, we purchase much of our steel hardware and other building products direct from the manufacturers. We also have our own state of the art truss manufacturing facilities.
