Ben graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. He has spent his entire career in manufacturing with a focus on leadership development and continuous improvement.  As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt he has a relentless focus on improving processes and delivering value to the marketplace.  As Vice President of Manufacturing he will drive our business to new levels of quality, on-time delivery and productivity.  Ben resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife and two children.
