Jimmy has basically been in the truss business since birth, spending his youth working in every aspect of the business. Jimmy graduated from The Citadel, The Military College Of South Carolina,  in 1997 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He graduated with a 3.8 GPA and was inducted into the National Engineering Honor Society. After college he practiced Structural Engineering for a firm in Charleston, SC before returning to the family business in 2001. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and licensed Residential Builder. Jimmy is married to his high school sweet heart Laura and has two children, Madison and Jay. He attends Seacoast church in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
